| Colombian |
Our Colombian coffee is a classic – rich, juicy, heavy bodied and intensely aromatic. The dry fragrance has a perfect balance of fruited tones masked by sweet caramel and chocolate roast notes.
Coffee was introduced to Colombia in the early 1800s. Colombia produces about 12% of the coffee in the world, second only to Brazil. There are two main regions of coffee production in Colombia: Medillín, Armenia, and Manizales (MAM) in the central region and Bogotá and Bucaramanga in the eastern mountainous region. MAM coffees are known for their heavy body, rich flavor, and fine acidity. Bogotá is less acidic than Medillín, but retains the richness and brightness. Bucaramanga is milder, often heavier bodied, and rich in flavor reminiscent of Sumatran coffees.
Harvest: October-February and April-June

| Ethiopian |
Our Ethiopian has a distinctively strong body, and is alive with refreshing fruit-like and flowery tones. Grown in the lush forests of South-western Ethiopia, it is rare and explosively more fragrant than other Ethiopian coffees.
Coffee is indigenous to Ethiopia, where it was found growing wild in the 3rd century. Our Ethiopian coffee is from the Yirgacheffee (Yir-ga-chaff-fe) region and is considered to be one of the world’s best coffees.
Harvest: August-January

Guatemalan |
Our Guatemalan coffee has a full and velvety body, and is accompanied by a rich and lively aroma. The subtropical and humid climate of the Huehuetenango highlands nurtures the coffee evenly and gives it a wine-like character.
This relatively small country boasts one of the most climatically diverse regions in the world. The soil, rainfall, humidity, altitude, and temperature are varied enough to produce seven distinct types of Guatemala Arabica coffee.
We source our coffee from the Highland Huehuetenango - This region crosses the Cardillera de Los Cuchamatanes with regions higher than 11,800 feet. It is located on the border with Mexico and coffee is planted in the regions between 5,000-6,000 feet. The sub-tropical climate contributes to the coffee beans' beautiful appearance and uniform maturation. The flowering is homogeneous which results in a winey, high-quality cup.
Harvest: October-January

Mexican |
Our Mexican is similar to a good light white wine – bright and sunny, delicate in body, dry and balanced with a burst of nutty tones. Our coffee is from the Chiapas region (near Guatemala), which produces some of the very best and highest grown Mexican coffees (above 1200 metres).
Coffee was first planted in Mexico in the late 1700s. Mexican coffee beans are typically light bodied and nutty, but can have a heavier body, brighter acidity, and overtones of chocolate. Some of the best Mexican coffee products are produced by small Mexican organic coffee farms.
Harvest: November -January

| Mexican Decaf |
What can I say? Our Mexican is similar to a good light white wine – bright and sunny, delicate in body, dry and balanced with a burst of nutty tones – all the goodness without the caffeine
Our coffee is decaffeinated through the ‘Mountain Water Decaf ’process - done completely in Vera Cruz, Mexico.

Peruvian |
Our Peruvian is a classic French roast - bold, balanced, full bodied and caramel-like. The dry fragrance of our Peruvian is nutty with milk chocolate roast tones. When brewed, it gives a burst of spice and cocoa aromas.
|
Sumatran |
Our Sumatran Mandehling is ‘triple-picked’; the coffee pickers return to the plant three times in the season to harvest only the ripest cherries. This coffee is sweet and smooth with a full distinctive body. It has a taste profile of ripened fruits, particularly reminiscent of mangoes.
Sumatran coffee beans are some of the heaviest, smoothest, and most complex coffees in the world. Most of the coffees from Sumatra are dry-processed, but some are semi-washed. The majority of Sumatran coffee is marked Mandheling or Lintong and is grown inland from the southern coast.

| Biodegradable Packaging |
| |
We use a special paper bag for all our retail packaging. It is made of polished paper that has absolutely no coatings or additives! The density of this bag provides a natural and effective barrier to oils and oxygen – thus keeping your coffee fresh and aromatic! The best part is that it is completely biodegradable and recyclable!
For our wholesale customers, the coffee is packed in a two pound foil bag with a one-way valve for added freshness and functionality.
Want your own custom label? Sure! We can arrange to put on custom-made labels for your retail outlet or for that special occasion of yours. Just let us know and we can work on the design together.
